Job Description: Support Worker

Salary: £13.01 per hour - £27,060.80 annually (based on 40 hours). 40 hours per week available.

Service: Jameson’s Residential.

Due to the nature of the job role, a full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
• Plan and assist with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
• Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
• Plan and participate in day‑out activities as desired.
• Support the individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
