Role Overview

Community Integrated Care is looking for caring, enthusiastic and self‑motivated support workers to join our team in Ellon, aiding two ladies and a gentleman who live together in a shared bungalow. The role involves supporting residents aged 54‑76 who have a range of needs including visual and hearing impairments, wheelchair mobility, learning disabilities, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and practical support to residents, allowing them to live as independently as possible.
• Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders and household chores.
• Encourage and facilitate participation in activities (music, crafts, walks, café visits and car trips).
• Maintain accurate and timely care records and communicate effectively with the care team.
