About The Role

We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team at St Stephens Court. In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with mental health needs and physical disabilities, helping them to live safe, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include assisting residents with a variety of activities—such as shopping, attending appointments, household tasks, and medication administration.
