Care & Support Worker – Beckly House (Shelf, Halifax, West Yorkshire)

We are seeking a confident, compassionate Care & Support Worker to deliver outstanding healthcare full‑time (42 hours a week, 12‑hour shifts including alternate weekends and days only on a two‑week rolling rota). You will support people on the autism spectrum and with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours, enabling them to lead full, happy lives.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with and report on medical and welfare needs.
