About the role

This is a temp full time/part time role up to 30 June 2031 with a possibility of extension due to funding.

Provide flexible, person led individual and group mental health support that builds confidence, practical skills and independence. Work with families, services and community supports to deliver coordinated, culturally respectful care, helping people work toward their recovery goals at their own pace.
