The Opportunity:

Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Greenfield Park.

Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

Shift Times:

• Monday 8am-10am
• Wednesday and Thursday 1pm-3pm
