Cygnet Hospital Colchester is a 59‑bed service providing a range of intensive support and rehabilitation services for men with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders or mental health needs.

We are currently recruiting Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

As an active member of our dynamic team, you will work with nursing staff to support the admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients, focusing on dignity and safety at all times. You’ll work 43.75 hours a week across day and night shifts: 7:30 am – 8 pm and 7:30 pm – 8 am (Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun / Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri).
