Support Worker

Here at Redwood House in Broadstone, Poole, we provide a supported living service for 6 adults aged 18 to 48 with learning disabilities, ASD, and other health needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to support some amazing people!

As a Support Worker with Potens, you’ll do more than just work a shift — you’ll help create joy, independence, and new opportunities for the people we support.


What we’ll give you:


We will ensure you are rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:

  • £13.50 per hour.

  • 40 hours per week, we operate a two week rolling rota.

  • Working every other weekend.

  • Double pay on Bank Holidays.

  • Contributory pension scheme.
