Support Worker

Work Patterns: You will work rewarding long day shifts including early starts, late evenings, weekends and sleep‑in's fairly planned within the rotas. As a Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines — Personal Care, getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities through to bedtime. You will also:

• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join fun activities such as trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
• Keep essential records for high‑quality care.
• Use an electronic care recording system daily to document, monitor and update children and young people's records. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
