Male Support Worker

Pay: £13.01 per hour (£27,060.80 based on 40 hours per week).

Working Hours: Full time – up to 40 hours per week.

Service: National Care Group – Braintree (South Essex area).

Joining Bonus: £300.00.

A full UK driver’s licence is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support young adults with complex needs in living a meaningful life.
• Provide assistance in daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• Assist with personal care, including eating, administering medication and general hygiene.
• Help plan and participate in community activities and outings such as swimming, exercising, and health & beauty sessions.
• Maintain availability for a minimum of two shifts per week, including early, late, sleep‑in and alternate weekend patterns.
• Offer chat and advice support when staff are not on the go.
