A Genuine Occupational Requirement applies under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010. This role is therefore only open to female candidates, referring to the sex legally assigned at birth.
To be considered for this role you must hold a Full UK driving licence, however access to your own vehicle is not essential.
The role
Lucas lives independently in his own home in Muscliff, where he is supported to live a fulfilling and active life. He communicates in his own unique and meaningful way using visual aids, PECS cards, signs, and gestures, allowing him to express his choices, preferences, and personality every day.
