Role: Support Worker

Hours: 16 hours per week; shift pattern includes weekends and sleep-ins

Salary: £13.59 per hour and £60 per night for sleep-in shifts. Travel expenses paid 45p per mile.

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll actively support individuals in making their own choices and setting their own goals – whether it’s everyday decisions like what to wear, eat, or do, or something bigger such as where to live, how to manage finances, or where to go on holiday.

As a trusted Support Worker, you’ll empower people to follow through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills. You’ll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities such as paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family.
