Person-Centred Job Opportunity: Support Worker (Full or Part Time)

Location: Aldershot (GU12). Full UK manual driving licence required – you must be confident driving both manual cars and a manual minibus. Flexible shift patterns include 7:30‑14:30, 14:30‑22:00 (every other weekend), early and late shifts, and occasional 8‑8 shifts.

Who You’ll Support

You will be part of a warm, dedicated team supporting six people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Each person has their own personality, preferences, and goals – your role is to help them live a life that feels fulfilling, connected and uniquely theirs.

• Community access , from local walks to visiting places of interest
