About The Role

We are looking for part-time Support Workers who care about making every moment matter for the people we support. We support people with learning disabilities in our supported living services in Llanelli.

Job title: Support Worker/Carer

Hours: 16 hours per week, working across day and night shifts on a rota basis

Shifts cover: Days & nights

Location: Llanelli (SA14 & SA15 areas)

About you

Are you enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to supporting people in a way which respects their dignity?

• You will need to be adaptable, flexible, with excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of our team.
• Work with service users with learning disabilities / Autism / complex needs
• Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 in Health & Social Care
