We have a brand new opportunity for a qualified **Support Technician** to join our clients’ team in Longueuil, QC and provide support with project deployment. The ideal candidate must be able to fluently speak English and French.

**Duties and Responsibilities** **:**

+ Perform device deployment which included reimaging/asset tracking
+ Provide IMAC support for PC Hardware and software
+ Image / Set up / SNOW for asset tracking
+ Perform basic troubleshooting
+ Escalate problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve
