Objective:
The assigned technicians will provide first- and second-line technical support, both remotely and onsite, assisting users with equipment, software, systems, and institutional events.
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and in-person support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Support Microsoft systems, Adobe tools, Office applications, hardware, and peripherals.
