**Position Overview**

We are seeking reliable and compassionate **Behavior Support Staff** to join a school team in Beloit for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role supports students with behavioral needs, helping them succeed both academically and socially in a structured school environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students
+ Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of certified staff
+ Support classroom routines and assist with de-escalation strategies
