About the Role
We’re hiring a Support Specialist Jr. to serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and guide users through HR/payroll-related systems. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role combining phone, email, and case-based support.
You’ll work in a structured, metrics-driven environment while building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Do

+ Handle 12–20 client calls/day (15–60 mins) + email/case work

+ Troubleshoot issues and provide step-by-step solutions

+ Train clients on system functionality

+ Manage and resolve cases tied to each interaction

+ Deliver a high level of client satisfaction and professionalism

+ Navigate multiple systems (including CRM tools like Salesforce)
