We're looking for an
Endpoint Specialist
to own enterprise endpoint governance and security compliance across our workstation fleet.

This role will serve as the administrator of
ManageEngine Endpoint Central
, driving
patch compliance
, ensuring Windows lifecycle alignment, and proactively reducing the organization's vulnerability surface.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automated patch management.
• Manage Windows Feature Updates & lifecycle compliance
• Monitor and maintain security agents (Qualys, Snow or similar tools)
• Partner with Infrastructure teams to align GPOs and Business Units
• Act as technical POC for SOC alerts and endpoint incident triage
• Conduct high-risk software audits and vulnerability remediation
• Build compliance and trend reports (Endpoint Central + Excel)
