Plan for day-to-day operation of the caster plant.
Organize the resources and monitor the execution of the
activities in the shop floor on day-to-day basis to achieve
the operational targets like production efficiency and
equipment utilization. Monitor the process parameter,
raw material consumption and the efficiency parameters.
Ensure production as per plan and supply to the rolling
mill. Interaction with Process for quality issues.
