Support Services Supervisor-Accessioning

Labcorp is seeking a Support Services Supervisor to join our Accessioning team in Overland Park, KS!

**Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9pm-5:30am (3rd Shift) will be the primary shift. However, as a people leader the expectation will be to work and/or cover whatever shifts are necessary for the health of the department.**

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Supervise the day to day operations of the non-technical staff for the Overland Park Accessioning Department
+ Assist with preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testing
+ Directly supervise, train, and mentor non-technical personnel of the department
+ Monitor daily workflow in the department and schedule adequate coverage
+ Responsible for ensuring all shifts in the department are properly staffed
+ Research and resolve any production errors while escalating when necessary
+ Engage in continuous process and service level improvements
