In this role, you’ll perform a variety of secondary operations to support manufacturing, ensuring products meet quality, safety, and production standards. You’ll operate a range of equipment, perform inspections, and help keep the production process running smoothly and efficiently.

The Support Operator plays a vital role in helping the plant achieve its mission — producing high-quality products better, faster, and at the lowest cost — while maintaining a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
