Support Officer - £28,264 per annum

We are looking for caring and compassionate colleagues to provide purposeful, outcome‑focused support to young people living at Ty Parc, our new supported accommodation project in Abergavenny. This is a chance to be part of the new Taff service from the beginning. Every young person deserves the chance to take their next steps with confidence, and you could be one of the people who helps make that happen. You will support, enable, and assist five care‑experienced young people aged 16+ to make positive and sustainable changes to their lives.

We believe good support is built through positive relationships. This means working alongside residents rather than doing things for them. You'll help create a safe, supportive environment where residents feel listened to, respected, and able to work towards achieving their goals.
