ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Demonstrated experience working on privacy programs in IT services, SaaS, or BPO/ITES environments.

- Certifications (preferred):

- Mandatory (any two preferred):

- CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT

- DCPP (Data Privacy Certified Professional)

- ISO/IEC Lead Implementer/Auditor

- Bonus:

- ISO LA, CRISC, or knowledge of NIST Privacy Framework

- Technical & Legal Knowledge:

- Solid understanding of:

- GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, India DPDP Act, PDPA (SG/MY), HIPAA

- Cross-border data transfer mechanisms (SCCs, BCRs, Privacy Shield invalidation context)

- Consent management and cookie compliance platforms

- Familiarity with privacy management tools
