1. Support Ticket Resolution: Resolve a minimum of 60 support tickets per day. Maintain an average resolution time of less than 5 hours. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all support ticket resolutions. 2. App-Related Tasks: Complete all app-related tasks as per SOP with 99% accuracy by the next day (R+1 day).
