ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting on Customer reported OSS/Expert Analytics/Orchestration CSRs.Deliver Remedy/Resolution and analysis for M‐OSS and Service management domains (ENM, Eniq, EEA, EO, EVNFM, ECDE, END, TMA, CENX, SON, EIC, and others).
Handle Software Update Management (SUM) when required.Participate in integration projects for M‐OSS and SVM products.Provide solution‐level support to customers.Be on‐call 24/7 on a rotation basis to handle customer issues, partner concerns, and emergencies.Be willing to travel to customer sites as needed for local support activities.Work with Ericsson standard support tools such as CSR, MHWEB, Metis, etc.Assist new team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.Collaborate effectively in a team to solve complex issues.QualificationsBachelor of Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.Technical knowledge of M‐OSS and/or SVM domain nodes.Extensive experience in support services and operations.Unix/Solaris or Linux admini...
