We're looking for an
L1 Support Engineer
to join a global Application Support team, providing first-line technical support for users across the WPP Open Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for technical and application support.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and triage support tickets, escalating complex issues to L2 when needed.
Manage user access requests and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Contribute to knowledge base documentation and continuous process improvements.
Ensure SLA compliance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and customer support skills.
Basic knowledge of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
, and web technologies.
Familiarity with ticketing tools such as
Zendesk, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or Interco...
