 We are seeking a talented and experienced Support engineer for the European Block chain Services to work for our client in  Brussels , Belgium .  
 Job Responsibilities: 
 Work with engineering and devops team to ensure 24x7 availability of service offerings.
 Create and maintaining the Tickets in our ticket system and follow ITIL best practices.
 Create and update knowledge base for the known issues.
 Provide L1, L2 support and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
 Send out the notifications to users in case of downtime during business hours.
 Trigger investigations (registration of problems) in order to identify root causes and prevent potential impacts on the application.
 Provide stand by support when required.
