Support Coordinator

We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive individual to take a lead in providing person-centered care and support to our services users.

The Tameside Extra Care services comprise of four extra care sites across the Tameside borough and we currently have a role at our Dukinfield service. You will also assist the Extra Care Manager and Registered Manager in ensuring an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and works with the service user’s families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere. You must be flexible, energetic and reliable.

Creative Support is committed to your continuous professional development and as a successful candidate; you will receive a full local and corporate induction, and attain a level 3 certificate in ‘Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care’.
