Support and Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

As a Functional & Support Consultant, you will be actively involved in:

• The complete development cycle for clients or projects: which involves solutioning, implementing, testing and development testing.
• Solution implementation for SAP or OpenText projects.
• The ability to analyse customer requirements and understand the solution, ensuring the overall consistency of the software to match the customer's need should be your primary objectives.
• Share team commitments and the opportunity to contribute in solution design, development, testing or implementation phases.
• Perform software delivery tasks such as solution design, development, testing, and implementation)
• Solution presentation, user training and able to support post go live support.
