**Job Description**

**1) Own and run the monthly S&OP cadence (governance + facilitation)**

+ Own S&OP calendar, inputs, meeting governance, and output quality across functions (Sales/Marketing/Finance/SCM/Customer Service).
+ Ensure S&OP pack is decision-oriented: highlights gaps, trade-offs, and actions required. Run “post S&OP” follow-through: confirm decisions, assign owners/deadlines, monitor progress, and escalate.
