Supply Technician

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Technician within the Blow Moulding Department at our Muller SevernsideDairy.

The purpose of this role is to utilise high level problem solving capability and facilitation skills to resolve bottle supply performance issues, working closely as one team with Blow Moulding Technician L2 and Engineering Technician.

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Salary: £39,006.82

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Days and Nights (7am-7pm‑7pm-7am)

Location: Severnside

Responsibilities

• Immediate Go Look See support to Front Line Supply Operatives, recognising that key part of the role is to support the Front Line teams
• Coach Front Line Supply Operatives, enabling them to solve problems
• Use PDCA techniques to follow problems through to 100 year fix in real time
• Analise and report on all bottle supply interruptions and quality interventions to identify opportun...
