Supply Teacher – Redditch

We require a UK qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS) to provide daily supply, short or long‑term cover across secondary and middle schools in Redditch, Studley, Bromsgrove, and wider Worcestershire. No planning or marking responsibilities are required, and you can manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate pupils.
• Apply strong behaviour management skills.
• Utilise a flexible, adaptable and reliable approach.
• Maintain an active Enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to apply).

Qualifications

• UK qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS status.
• Experience as an experienced teacher or an ECT.
• Strong behaviour management and engaging classroom approach.
• Current Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain).
