Supply Planner

**Job Summary**:
The Supply Planner is responsible for developing and executing supply plans that support manufacturing operations and customer delivery for the Access Networks Solutions products.
The role of the Supply Planner ensures customer commitments are met on time all while balancing demand, capacity, materials, and inventory.
This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Demand Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Backlog Management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage finished good supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, production capacity, and business objectives.
- Develop and drive S&OE process
- Create and Maintain production orders communicating to the factory what to execute to meet the plan.
- Monitor inventory levels across distribution centers recommending actions to avoid shortages or excess.
