Job Profile Summary

Responsible for coordinating and managing production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing work orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED Prepares schedules and ensures timely completion of work orders for manufacturing processes. Releases and prints work orders for prepared schedules. Interfaces with Supervisors, Material Handling and Purchasing and resolves concerns regarding schedules, part shortages, expedites, ECN approval, etc. Problem solves inventory issues by substituting parts and adjusting pick lists. Meets daily with Supervisors regarding scheduling issues. Prepares an expedited list for sterilization preparation and warehouse personnel. Collects data to prepare reports for the Manager, Production, Planning, Purchasing and Inventory Control. Mentors with Supply planner II.
