Supply Planner

**Hybrid: 2 days in the office**

**What you will do -**

+ Support the development of a Master Resource Plan aligned to demand, ensuring finished goods, raw materials, and components are planned out up to 24 months.
+ Support capacity planning to identify constraints, risks, and underutilization, and recommend actions to address gaps or cost inefficiencies.
+ Initially focus on a defined product scope, with close coaching and development in supply planning.
+ Work with the Supply Planning Manager to set appropriate inventory levels based on demand variability and lead times.
+ Track execution of the supply plan, ensuring alignment with production and purchasing, and proactively manage risks, back orders, and performance gaps.
+ Ensure proper product phase-in/out planning and communicate portfolio status to the business.
+ Support alignment between supply and demand plans through daily/weekly execution and monthly planning processes.
