Overview
Accountable and responsible for picking and packing orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Fulfills internal and external orders in an accurate and timely manner in order to meet delivery expectations.
- Drills, cuts, assemblies, shrinks, and pads components to create finished products.
- Notifies supervisor with inventory variances, inaccuracies, and replenishment needs.
- Receives, inspects, and verifies inbound shipments.
- Conducts end-of-day closing process for UPS and Federal Express shipping systems.
- Performs general housekeeping for within the distribution center and receiving area to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Maintains sufficient levels of packing materials and supplies at individual workstations.
