Supply Clerk

**Purpose and Scope:**

The Supply Clerk orders, receives, stores, and issues equipment, material, merchandise, or tools, and compiles stock records in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard by performing the following duties.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Utilizes AMRO and ILS-S computer systems to order parts and equipment.
+ Compiles reports on consumption of stocked items, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stocked items, location changes, and refusal of shipments.
+ Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices and examines stock to verify conformance to specifications.
+ Maintains inventory and other stock records of assigned supplies and equipment.
+ Performs inventory, pack and unpack of Mobility Readiness Spares Packages.
+ Requisitions articles to fill accounts and marks identifying codes on articles.
