Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator (Contract – 10 Weeks)Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Purchasing Coordinator to support our operations team on a short-term, 10-week contract. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and supporting production planning efforts.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in an office setting and on the warehouse floor, has strong organizational and communication skills, and brings prior experience in purchasing or supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform physical inventory counts to assess current on-hand product levels and identify replenishment needs
+ Partner closely with the Production Scheduler to align material purchasing with upcoming production plans
+ Procure raw materials and packaging supplies to support manufacturing operations
