About the role
- Create, process, and track purchase orders (POs)
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment needs with company branches
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Maintain and update supplier and product databases
- Follow up on late deliveries and resolve supply issues
- Support cost analysis and identify savings opportunities
- Assist in supplier evaluation and performance tracking
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics department
- Monitor shipments and resolve delays or incidents
- Coordinate and oversee shipments across company branches, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Manage claims and operational incidents, resolving issues such as delivery failures and billing discrepancies, while proactively updating delivery schedules through supplier coordination
