About the role

• Create, process, and track purchase orders (POs)
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment needs with company branches
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
• Maintain and update supplier and product databases
• Follow up on late deliveries and resolve supply issues
• Support cost analysis and identify savings opportunities
• Assist in supplier evaluation and performance tracking
