We are searching for a Supply Chain Specialist at our Bankstown facility.  

Snapshot of the role:

• Coordinating the timely delivery and shipment of finished goods to meet customer deadlines
• Managing shipping documentation, invoicing, and customer approval processes
• Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively resolving issues impacting on-time delivery
• Using customer portals and internal systems to support shipping and order fulfilment
• Supporting production planning through creation of work orders, stock transactions, and reporting
• Investigating and resolving system transmission errors between business systems
• Maintaining accurate records and full traceability across the supply chain
• Supporting purchasing and procurement activities as required
