Supply chain plant manager

The Plant Supply Chain Manager has primary responsibility for the execution and support of the plant's strategic plan to meet Materials KPIs. To achieve this, they must lead, supervise, and advise their team, ensuring that the department's functions and measurable objectives are met. • Ensure and fulfill customer demand for on-time shipments. • Ensure the supply of raw materials in the correct quantity and at the required time to execute production schedules. • Follow up with planners and schedulers to close DMRs (Delivered Material Requirements). • Meet inventory targets, regular freight, and premium freight KPIs. • Ensure compliance with procedures. • Review and approve the monthly and quarterly sales forecast. • Review raw material inventory, control plan, and reduction plan. • Monitor and control obsolescence, and follow up on build-outs. • Monitor and support product launches to ensure their success. • Monitor and implement the YFMS (Yanfeng Manufacturing System) plan. • Oversee t...
