Job Description
Food manufacturer in the Mount Pleasant, TX area (<2 hours from DFW) is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize their end-to-end supply chain operations. You will be responsible for managing everything from raw ingredient and packaging procurement to inventory control, production scheduling, and final distribution. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of food safety regulations, cold chain logistics, and shelf-life management. You will play a pivotal role in reducing operational costs, minimizing waste, and ensuring our products reach our foodservice and retail customers on time and in perfect condition.
