A well-established precision plastics manufacturer in Nilai is looking for a strong Supply Chain Manager to lead and strengthen end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
What You Will Lead
You will take ownership of the full supply chain function, including:
Developing and executing supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and service delivery
Managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance monitoring
Overseeing logistics, warehousing, and delivery coordination
Driving inventory accuracy, optimal stock levels, and demand planning
Monitoring production costings and product consumption reports
