Job Summary

The Manager of Supply Planning and Inventory Control is responsible for leading the planning and execution of supply chain strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels, efficient supply planning, and alignment with business objectives. This role will oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support service level targets and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end supply planning processes to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to create accurate supply plans.
