Supply Chain Manager

A fast-growing and dynamic FMCG food business is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join its team on a permanent basis in Andover. Offering a salary of 44,000 and a hybrid working arrangement of two days per week from home, this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving organisation.

The primary purpose of the role is to develop, manage, and continuously strengthen a reliable and sustainable supply chain that delivers high-quality products. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across the business.

To be considered, candidates must have previous supply chain experience within an FMCG environment and a proven ability to manage supplier relationships and supply chain operations effectively.
