Job Description
The Demand Planning Specialist is responsible for developing, validating, and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for Colombia and Ecuador, ensuring alignment with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams. This role contributes to optimizing inventory levels, improving service to patients, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs.
Collaborate with commercial, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure forecast accuracy and business alignment.
Lead the monthly demand review process within the S&OP cycle, ensuring timely communication of risks and opportunities.
Monitor forecast performance (accuracy and bias) and implement continuous improvement actions.
