Responsibilities
- Assist in purchase order (PO) processing and follow up with suppliers.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams on delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities.
- Prepare and maintain supply chain documents (PO, DO, invoices, reports).
- Support import/export coordination and shipping documentation.
- Update records in the system and ensure data accuracy.
- Support month-end reports and ad-hoc supply chain tasks as required.
