Supply Chain Executive

• Responsible for managing optimal stock levels, leading the implementation of SAP systems, and ensuring seamless coordination with third-party (3PL) providers
• System Implementation: Lead and support the rollout and integration of SAP modules related to inventory, procurement, and warehouse management.
• Stock Optimization: Monitor stock levels of WF durians, frozen pulps, and packaging materials to ensure optimal turnover while minimizing waste and stockouts.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations within the SAP system
• Peak Season Readiness: Proactively coordinate with cold storage facilities, transport vendors, and forwarding agents to secure capacity before the durian peak season begins
• Management Reports: Prepare daily/weekly inventory aging reports, and supply chain performance dashboards for management to analyze sales trends and procurement needs.
