Execute supply chain assistant functions to ensure smooth movement of products from suppliers to customers.
Review stock holding levels and propose stock replenishment using standard matrix forms.
Monitor distribution and logistics channels; coordinate closely with 3rd party service providers.
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and local forwarding agents regarding shipment arrangements and documentation.
Ensure accuracy of shipment information input into the SAP System based on suppliers’ Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.
